Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Home Escapes at Spas East has been proudly serving the greater Washington, D.C. metro area for over 20 years.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We currently have three convenient locations to serve you. One store located Tyson's Corner, Virginia, another in Leesburg, Virginia, and another in Rockville, Maryland. We also have a third location coming soon to Leesburg, Virginia.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Both locations are open seven days a week, however, hours vary by location and season. Please contact one of our showrooms for further details.
Q: Do you offer a delivery service?
A: All of our spas are delivered locally at no extra charge. Furniture, billiard tables, and other accessories are delivered locally for a nominal fee.
Q: Other retailers I have visited offered spas with built in televisions, why do you not offer this?
A: In order to make sure your experience with us is a positive one, we thoroughly research all potential manufacturers before offering their products to the public. At this time, we don't believe spas installed with televisions are a cost-effective option for our clients.
Q: Do your spas come with a radio/CD player?
A: We have multiple models available that come preinstalled with a premium sound system. Please ask your salesperson for further details.
Q: How do your spas stack up with the competition?
A: We are pleased to be associated with two of the finest manufacturers of quality spas on the market today. We also work closely with our vendors to ensure that you, the consumer, are receiving nothing less than the best possible unit available.
Q: Can I try out a spa before I purchase it?
A: You and your entire family are strongly encouraged to 'test-soak' in any model that you are considering. You wouldn't buy a car without first test-driving it, why treat a spa differently?
Q: I have an elevated deck; can my spa be placed on it?
A: Most decks can support a spa with minor, if any, modifications. Please contact a licensed contractor to determine what, if any, modifications are necessary. We can suggest a few highly qualified deck builders to assist you with this, just ask for a referral.
Q: What color(s) do your spas come in?
A: We offer a wide variety of models, sizes, and colors to suit your needs; please visit our store for more information.
Q: Do you offer financing for my purchase?
A: We have multiple financing plans available to match your budget. Any member of our sales staff will be happy to assist you in finding the right one for you.

A: We employ a full-time, professional service department should your spa ever need any service or repair.
Q: Do you service brands other than the ones you sell?
A: Sorry, in order to maintain the highest quality standards, our technicians work exclusively on our brands. This allows our service personnel to know your spa inside and out, thus giving you peace of mind that you are in good hands.
Q: Do you offer a class to help me maintain my spa?
A: Yes, we offer a free, maintenance class on a weekly basis. Class covers the most common issues with spa maintenance. Class usually runs for 60-90 minutes. Please call for more details.
Q: What temperature should I keep my spa at?
A: Every person/family is different. We recommend that you start low and experiment with different temperatures until you find the one that suits you best. ** It is most convenient and cost effective to keep you spa at normal usage temperature at all times rather than keeping the temperature low and only turning it up before use. It costs much less to maintain heat than to constantly heat up and cool down.
Q: For safety reasons I am worried about the amount of chemicals recommended to be added to my spa.
A: Relax, when maintained properly you spa will contain LESS chemicals than what is found in most municipal water supplies.
